We are now looking for nursing assistants/caregivers for home care in Sveg. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the services to be provided during a work shift. We work based on fixed care contacts, where you, as a caregiver, are an important link between different care providers and relatives.

Start date according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks consist of work efforts in the client's home according to assistance decisions (SOL) and care plans (HSL). You perform planned interventions based on the client's needs and individual implementation plans.

• You work with relevant tasks within care and nursing based on a salutogenic approach.
• You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist.
• You participate in care planning and social documentation.
• You contribute to the development of the operations and work with our values, which are an important part of elderly care.

The work involves day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant or caregiver with experience in care and nursing.

Meritorious:

• Experience in home care.
• Driver's license (B).

Desired:

• Experience with VIVA and Intraphone as well as with the quality register BPSD.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
